Hi There,

We are in the process of trying to sell our home in Richmond and move to Virginia Beach. We have three kids, all elementary aged. We are looking at communities in the 23456 zip code. Looking for a 4 bedroom home with an iground pool, preferably under 360,000. Does anyone know anything about Southgate and Pine Ridge? We are hoping to live on a culdesac, would love a neighborhood where the kids all congregate and play outside - like where we are coming from.

Any info is appreciated! Thanks!

Wow! For that much, you could live on the beach... >.>

Best bet is a realiter. Hop on the Virginia Pilot's website and find one. Also, there are free MLB listing searches. Search the MLB for the house you want and it will give you the address, asking price, and realitor name/company. Easy as pie, yo. Just one thing, drive the neighboorhood at night. You may laugh, but it will help you figure out how safe it is there. Do it on a Saturday night, if possable.

Where is a beach with homes under $360,000? I paid more than that for a 2 bedroom condo (plus $600/mo. assosciation fees).

Ignore me. lol I'm not use to the high rates in this area. I still think anything over 100k for a house is insane.

Can't find any listings at Southgate or Pine Ridge. You might be interested in these areas: Salem Woods subdivision, zip code 23456, with inground pool, price $339K or at Indian Lakes Subdivision, zip code 23456, with inground pool, price $319,000. Email requested to get more information on these properties.

South gate and pine ridge are both nice neighborhoods as well as some sections of Castleton, what you are looking for can be had.
