Tentative labor agreement reached, local vendors still trying to meet demands.
The union representing west coast dock workers and shipping companies agreed on a tentative contract Friday night.
Until the backlog at west coast ports clears out, Hawaii distributors will continue to feel the effects. That could be weeks, if not months.
