But intel my caucasian and american cousins can acknowledge these things and understand that today thou they didn't kill anyone they still are enjoying the benefits and not justify it, i don't see how peace will happen. Yes japanese culture has great influence on Hawaii same with asian culture as should be. They are the major population of the islands, but here we stand in oahu and driving thru honolulu, does it look like tokyo or any asian city? No some say it looks like Rodeo Drive, Los Angeles. I say again every culture has its place in Hawaii in balance with each other. Who doesnt want balance?  |
I am guessing you haven't been to Tokyo or Soeul, because absent the fascination with neon billboards/lights, downtown Honolulu has an awful lot in common with both cities.
