You have an agree ment and are bound by Hawaii laws.

If they show up to court with all the back rent + penalties (unlikely) the judge will more than let them stay. Just not a likely scenario.

but i have option not accepting right? because theyre break the rental agreement first.


if the judge let them stay and they doing the samething again next month. isnt it back yo the same problem?

filed my eviction in court today. now finding a 3rd party to delivery the paper. will update how this go

Good for you.
It seems you could deliver your own papers as long as you videotape but I guess the law didn't expect everyone to carry camera phones. If you have a valid reason to be in the unit you could give legal notice and have your server come with you if you thought they'll make it hard to serve.

I ask a 3rd party to delivery the papers for me. he also record the conversation when he delivered the paper. court day is on wed. at 8:30 am. i hope it go well so i can get them out .

Back in the day, you'd just need to mention "Molokai Joe" and they'd been packed and out already.
