Right. I read a thing on Reddit about some 20something year olds who moved from New York to Florida so they can be druggy burn outs in a warm state. And then in the post they trash talked Florida for having trashy weird people (when that's exactly what they are). Best place for homeless: Kauai aka.- warm climate, nice and accommodating people who respect homeless people. It also has social services as good as California. Don't need to freeze while waiting for housing assistance. If they don't have a place for you immediately wait a little while until they find services for you. If done that in Wyoming or Colorada: freeze to death, period.
