Whenever I have been under stress I couldn't eat either. But you need to eat in order to have the strength to do what you need to do during the day. I have a friend that became malnourished because she couldn't keep her food down. they put her on liquids, and due to other problems that occured she is now undergoing surgery tomorrow. She couldn't keep her food down due to something wrong in her colon, but why I am bringing this up is because you can get malnourished if you don't eat or if you reguratate your food. If you go without food long enough, like even after two days, your body stops getting hungry.
You need to not only take care of yourself, but you need to find it within yourself to learn to enjoy life. Life is always going to have its ups and downs, but we need to learn to deal with the downs, taking care of your health while you are dealing with stress is one of the ways.
