Topic: Oils to use with migraine headaches, when someone has a diffuser.
My opinion: Lavender and peppermint, in agreement with everyone else who actually paid attention to the OP.

Research it on NutritionFacts.org (amazing site with tons of information, all for free/not for profit)
by Dr. Michael Greger.
One of his videos suggest placing a dab directly on skin under nose so you're
inhaling the scent. There are other videos about migraines as well.

Sorry, I don't really get headaches, so wouldn't know which oil for that. OP, what brand of diffuser did you get?

I'm late coming into diffusing & although I've known of it, I just know got into it the very tail-end of 2017/early 2018.

Re: Brands of oils, I bought into DoTerra because this lady at my church (who's a registered nutritionist as well) sells it & the quality they talk of sounds top-notch...I hope it's true. I read that Young Living oils are stronger in scent than some others. I have a wholesale membership all this yr, so I plan to buy at least several more oils before the wholesale membership price ends...those should last me another 2 yrs after that during which I will have canceled my wholesale membership.

Re: Type of diffusers, anyone know of any good brands? I'm personally more about the good strength of the scent & it covering the farthest space in the room over how many hrs it goes for, but I don't want to pay over $50 either.

I started off w/ this $30 one from HSN & ended up returning it after several uses. It just stopped working. It was just too cheap & you do get what you pay for. I'm researching brands right now & I think I'll get one by this Japanese brand called Asakuki.
