We put way too much importance on sex.


Being sexually active at an early age is still viewed as a stain on a woman's reputation yet a victory on a man's.


I can only hope that one day the tables are turned on men and celibacy become a badge of honor

I agree with this and here's one other thing to consider. If it's something that needs treatment and you neglect it, you will spend FAR more time having it poked, prodded, scanned, scrutinized, etc. than you EVER would in a regular examination. Don't let it get worse.

And you think YOU're a case that would startle a bunch of doctors who have seen and heard everything? My friend in college finally did manage to freak out a doctor at the Health Service when she had to treat him for an abraded sphincter. No, I will NOT tell you how that happened. If he was able to seek treatment for that, you should be able to tell them that you haven't had sex.
