What about when you get a flu shot and a covid booster on the same day? I did that last fall and I'm still alive. I plan to do the same thing in October despite objections by my father who believes what he reads in the epoch times and natural news. My mother is the same way. Anybody who knows my posts knows I like to criticize the progressive establishment but I'm an equal opportunity criticizer of all sides and all leadership in all nations I'm just looking for the truth. I trust science and believe in vaccination so that is my position here.
Most people get more inflammation on an ongoing basis from the foods they eat and the lifestyle they live. Pizza, beer, no exercise, BMI above 35, but they're worried about a vaccine. LOL.
I'm not worried about which needle goes into what arm.
We also got COVID and Flu vaccines at same time last year. And we got the old bivalent COVID booster and RSV vaccines at the same time last month. (There is some effect of the Omicron variant vaccine against most, not all, circulating variants right now)
If the new bivalent vaccine is available in November when we get our annual flu shots, we'll get both at same time
Some vaccines can be given at the same time, some cannot. And, sorry, it's been a while since I took the vaccination course and I can't remember off the top of my head which
I always opt for vaccines to go in my left arm because it's my non-dominant side. I tend to experience soreness post vaccine & I don't want it to affect my dominant arm.
2 good reasons to get the COVID shot...
1...It's free.
2...It could save your life.
(Ignorance is no excuse)
I have gotten every Covid shot as it became available and boosters. The last booster was delayed by my having asymptomatic Covid last year, September 2 - 14. I suspect strongly that the fact that I was vaccinated and boosted "to the nines" made the Covid asymptomatic. I suspect I had Covid in February 2020 where for three days I felt awful, and then had a bad smell in my nose for about a month. At no time did I think my life was in danger.
And how did they come up with an RSV vaccine so quickly?
Biden said the booster should be given in the "correct" arm. WTH does that mean?
