I used to wonder about stuff like this when I was a kid. Like when we die, will we be presented with a report on how much pee we produced, how much snot came out of our noses, and also how much of each thing we ate or drank?
I guess some other kid like me grew up to calculate all this!
Some doctor on the news this week said humans produce 2 Quarts of mucus every day
Not joking a while back a co-worker told me about some sort of affliction where a relative of theirs developed a fear of pooping or had some related bad experience.
It's a medical condition apparently so they put off pooping for as long as possible but then it hurts more. Thus begins a vicious cycle of putting off pooping and well...things get um....big.
Totally not making this up, just passing along what I heard.
My now 13 year old would put off having a bowel movement for a long time as a toddler and younger child. I seem to remember hearing the term for it referred to as "withholding". Of course, there are other reasons that stool passes infrequently as well, like a slow gut, constipation caused by a medical issue etc.
And when my kid did finally go to the bathroom, she would pass these huge stools that would often clog the toilet. Occasionally, she still does. When we moved to our present house 8 years ago, we added power assist flush units to each of our commodes because of her (a huge help btw).
(She would be mortified if she knew I was writing this about her).

My brother had the same thing when he was a little kid. (He's 54 now.)
