My highest was 152lbs.
I gained that much when I had worked night shift, in the Army, for about 3 months. I hated it. So, they switched me back to day shift and I began losing it. I lost it by jogging a lot and cutting back a lot of stuff of what I was eating.
My lowest was 118lbs.
I had gotten divorced and was living with a musician at the time. So, I worked out EVERY single day and ate more veggies than anything else. Also did a lot of dancing on the weekends because of his gigs at different clubs every weekend.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that my lowest weight was on the day I was born but now that I'm older it hardly changes at all, somewhere between 150 and 155.
Location: Finally made it to Florida and lovin' every minute!

At 5'3", I was pretty close to 150 at my highest. My lowest was around 110, right after I'd separated the first time from my first hubby. Now, I'm around 125 and I work out. I'd say I'm the healthiest and most fit I've ever been.

I meant as an adult...Not as a child or whatever. As an adult...Sorry I didn't make that clear for you...
I was 6' tall when I graduated from high school at 140lbs. After 10 years of lifting weights I made it to 160 lbs. Five more years of lifting and cross training I made it to 184lbs. I began to use weight gain products, all natural, no steroids, no hormones or whatever and pushed myself to 200lbs. I felt fat so I lost some weight and am now at a comfortable 184-188lbs depending on the time of year as I do love those Holiday cookies. I've been at this weight range for years. I now do Hatha yoga and pilates to keep fit. I also have a 35inch waist so I feel pretty good about myself at almost five decades of age.
Recently I was doing some charity work with a bunch of overweight folks. I was amazed at how little stamina they had. People 15 years younger than me running out of steam well before the end of the day. They literally could not put in full day's labor.
Folks please take care of yourselfs. Old age is hard work and to have to carry an extra 25-100lbs around makes it even harder.
Highest weight was 185.
Lowest and most comfortable weight 112.
