I also expressed to him my THIRST, twice and I dont believe hes is listening to my problem. I have never been so thirsty in my life and this will be my 4'th child and I never experienced such an issue.
Will the LP test possibly show why Im so thirsty?

Lumbar Puncture just doesn't sound right, even though it's the usual meaning of 'LP'.
Mind you, I am only guessing as a medical coder, but it does sound as if the MD is concerned about IUGR (intrauterine growth restriction), which, combined with the presence of hematuria (blood in the urine),
could be warning signs of thrombocytopenia (
Low
Platelet count).
If that is the case, then 'LP' could be testing for your platelet count.
The ultrasound would be needed to check for abnormalities in the placenta, umbilical cord, or fetus (size, bleeding/clots, etc.).
