In ancient times what did the Jewish population look like racially? For example here are some images of black jews or people who appear to be black. How big or small were they within the ancient Jewish population? Were there Jews of other races in ancient times?

I doubt anyone really knows. Given the controversy between minimalists and maximalists over use of the bible as a histrorical source, the paucity of other written sources, and the ambiguity of the archaelogical record there are a huge number of open questions
A. Where the Jews just Canaanites who differed on religion?
B. Was there a major nomadic element?
C. Was there a Mesopotamian element?
D. Was there an Egyptian element?
Leaving aside the question of the origin of the Canaanite population.

Well there are some bible sources that state some of the characters had red hair. However its mostly an book based on myths. Palestine several thousand years ago was an completely different society than it is now. There has been large amount of invasions and difference races of people migrating there through out time.

That's true Israel/Judea/Palestine was at the cross-roads, so it's possible the Jews might have come into contact with different people.
Wasn't Abraham from UR in modern day Iraq?
That would probably mean they were Arab (Semetic) to start with
