It's so weird having a great regular season.

I'm not used to it.

Definitely. Used to sucking for 2/3 of the season and then winning the Cup. We'll be taking the division this year!

What a great game tonight. Kopitar scores 33 seconds into the game, and he would have a hat trick on the night. Kings go up 2-0, then fall behind 3-2, back to 3-3, fall back down 4-3, and then Kopitar comes through with 29 ticks left to force OT. Pearson would score the game winner late in OT.

Gaborik left the game early and it didn't look good. Hopefully he and Quick (who missed his 2nd straight game tonight) make a speedy recovery and it isn't anything serious.

We are losing our grip on first place. But at least we have the luxury of going on a losing slide and having these injuries. Couldn't afford that in our Cup years towards the end of the season.

I am very nervous about us dropping out of 1st place. Ducks are on a roll. Good thing we play them twice in the next week or so.

Huge game tomorrow. Kings no longer have sole possession of first place. Ducks 80 points, Kings 80 points, even at number of games played. Tomorrow: Kings vs Ducks. 7express, where are you?

Big game that was tonight, went into Chicago and made a statement with a 5-0 victory. Versteeg got his first goal as a King, and Quick made a big accomplishment.

We have sent a message. First we beat Chicago 5-0, and then storm into Dallas with a 5-2 victory. Kopitar!
