I did 2 coats of primer and 2 coast of enamel paint on my windows. Do I need to add some sort of sealer on top?

Enamel paint doesn't need to be sealed.

In your particular case- the paint is the sealer. The vehicle, or binder is the actual "film"(sealer) of the paint. The binder creates adhesion, binds pigments (color) together, durability, and flexibility.

Just caulk around it so there's no gaps between the trim and the sill or the wall. Bonus, looks better and more "finished" after.
