This is how it goes someone say try this Brand name, I go to Amazon, check out the product, description, features & details. Lastly, I go and read the reviews.
Some reviews will give the product 1 Star.. Say food sticks after having it less than a year, not a good product, horrible & DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! And will recommend another Brand name they personally prefer.
Well... I go to the Brand name the previous reviewer recommended, same thing again you will have some reviews giving it 1 Star, saying food sticks after having it for less than a year, not a good product, horrible & DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! So it goes on & on & on it never ends.
Bottom line before I spend my hard-earned cash, can someone refer me to a truly nonstick cookware.

Just buy the Amazon Basics brand, it's cheap and works just fine.
Non-stick will always need to be replaced over time, it just isn't worth it to spend a lot of money like you might with stainless steel or kitchen knives.
I like my Circulon really well. Some of my pans are over 20 years old and still good.
If you want to have non-stick pans, you have to take special care of them. I never put mine in the dishwasher because the dishwasher dries them out. Handwash only. I rarely burn food, but when I do, I just fill the pan with soapy water and let it soak for about 15 minutes. Then it will just wipe right out.
Don't scrub with harsh cleaners. Use non-stick utensils and cleaners. Dont let the dog lick the pan.
Don't cook your food at over-high temperatures. Have a little patience and cook at the correct temperature.
The Circulon is not cheap, so I consider it a good investment of my time to baby it a little bit. Treat it properly and it will last for decades.
That copper one...but for $20 plus s/h...stores have it for $15 now...and if you forget something in it and it is a bit harder to get out...take it back easily to the store.
BUT, it still was better than other ones...so I kept it..works better if you don't forget something and burn it...lol!
OT....To share with this group....my water was off for awhile...a non-stick had stuff burned
on it a bit, I have too high a flame, often..while it was still hot
I paper toweled it in a second..it was like new.
well seasoned cast iron doesn't normally stick unless someone is cooking improperly.
Typically, heating up the pan until it's hot and not putting anything in it until the oil has heat up until smoking/nearly smoking and there should be minimal sticking.

I was going to say cast iron. I hate non-stick cookware. Once you scratch it, it is supposedly not safe to even use because of the chemicals.
My cast iron always cleans up nicely....I simply add water and soak, or add water and put it back on the stove and boil it.
I am in the camp of just replacing your cookware set every 3-4 years
Very easy over the holidays with all the onsales and discounts to find a nice cheap cookware set with skillets pots pans lids and everything for $80-100 for the set.
They are very non stick as new and work perfect for a few years for me.
That means your investment is less than $300 over a 10yr run for 3 perfect brand new sets that function flawlessly and remain new non stick.
