If you ever wonder why your allergies might be worse some days than others, walk with the maintenance crew and watch them change the air filters in the buildings.

Mines too!

I don't know what's going on because I've never had issues with allergies in Houston, but they've been pretty bad for the past few days. Sinus pressure, congestion, runny nose, sneezing and more. I hate it!

OMG. I am officially miserable thanks to a morning at t-ball practice.

Sinuses dripping & constant sneezing along with the irritated eyes. Ugh. Flonase, neti pot & allegra.

Pollen levels are going up this week. The rain could bring them down.
Anyone get a flu shot recently and feel weak?

What rain? There's rain in the forecast? My SILs arrive on Sunday & if I don't get my energy level up (which suffers during allergy season), my house is going to be a wreck when they get here!

If you get too miserable your doctor can probably give you an allergy shot that will give you 2-3 weeks of relief - might be enough to make it through the season

Are you sure about this?

I am on a Allergy Immunization program for the past 2 years and I get 2 shots every week. I also take Rx's. It controls 99% of it throughout the year.
