I know there has been lots of talk in the past about Whole Foods in The Woodlands. According to their requirements, I wonder if that location would be a fit for them? Especially the 'excellent visibility' one. Does anyone know of a location near Market Street that would meet their criteria? I would like to suggest a location to them if there is one.

It should happen because as someone who uses the trail a lot, I see a lot of active people and we have big hospitals for regular and extreme care. I'm not a fan of Whole Foods, but they would no doubt get a lot of customers. It will not happen because there are so many choices for grocery shopping that WF profit margin won't that high. I would love to have one here however they chose a location elsewhere. It will be about 15 miles from here. I doubt they will build another one out here.

Very true. I would figure that would be a ideal location for the WholeFoods. I mean Trader Joes is there. Hope the plans fall in to play. (Its in the Woodlands..more than likely this will happen.)

I could happen I'm sure. But keep in mind that Whole Foods is probably the most picky company when it comes to location selection.
