I'm curious when Spring Green Blvd (@ Pine Mill Ranch & Silver Ranch subdivision) will go straight through w/2 lanes instead of the chicane into a 2-way road towards Roesner Rd?

Also I noticed alot of expansion in Silver Ranch's new section (North of Roesner Rd) and last I heard Roesner Rd will tie into 1463 or Corbitt Rd......does anybody know if thats still the plan?

Yes. But most of that area is owned by various homebuilders, and they will build/expand the roads when they develop their property. So it may be a while yet.

It looks like they are starting to work on that extension now that the sign for avalon at pine mill has been posted. From the maps I have seen from the builders in my subdivision, it looks like roesner road goes all the way west to connect to corbitt road. Also, katy flewellen is to be extended south and connect in Pine mill with the pool area of pine mill...

Yes thats awesome. I can't wait for Corbitt to connect. That would help out alot for PMR to get to I-10 i think.

This answers my question. From Google maps, I see where some roads go for miles and miles, but they cut off at some point and starts back at another point. However, you can see the path of future expansions and connections.

Yes. That sharp bend where Corbitt becomes Katy Flewellen will become a 4 way stop with corbitt going straight to roesner and katy flewellen going south to the pine mill pool area and joining the rump of Katy Flewellen there.

They have cleared the paths and the roads should get built in the next 3-4 months.

Spring green rd to extend to I10. Pinemill Ranch house prices will appreciate significantly with easy access to I10.
