I stopped by at the one that opened at Kuykendahl in The Woodlands. I have to say - I really, really, really liked it. I did not expect to be that impressed. Now I want one closer to me in Cypress. It's fun - small - and has things I normally don't find.

Their Two Buck Chuck wine is $3 - and drinkable.

Shouldn't it be called Three Buck Chuck?

When I first moved to CA I really liked TD...it was so different from anything we had in Houston. But after about 6 months the honeymoon was OVER! I don't step foot in them anymore other than to buy Tom's Toothpaste. They sell it at a very low price.

And I never thought In N Out was impressive or even good in the least bit.

Just another thing we didn't have, so we wanted it. Remember when Coor's was a regional beer and we couldn't have it? Same thing.

FYI, Traders opened on West AlabamaxShepherd now. I haven't been, just waiting for the hype to die down and crowd to lessen. But I like the decor inside the old theatre, not your Average Joe.
