Keep in mind, it looks much nice when all the windows have the same tint
to me it looks as if it came like that from the factory.
Now, I couldn't find 25%, I only found 35%... doesn't mean that there's no 25% tint.

You also have options with color,
I like the gray smoky look, there's also a bronze smoky look that is nice.
If you get "metallic" I've read that it messes up your cell phone signal.

To me it seems the windows which were all dark but the front windows looked very nice also.
What do you mean you can't find 25%?

What about my Dark Red Sedan? Which color will look nice?

Plain old dark. I think smoke looks ghetto. Same with any other colored tint. I would more want to guy a high quality tint that reflects IR and keeps the car cool. 3M is probably the best that is still reasonably priced. Go for the crystalline. Huper Optik is on the high end. If you don't care about blocking heat then any old film will be ok.

I do NOT want my car anywhere near 'ghetto'.

3M is the best film out there? What about the UVA/UVB protection?

Blocking heat is my main concern. I want to keep my car as cool as possible.

Is it possible to tint a window without film?

Many will argue Huper Optik is the best, but it costs double the best 3M. 3M crystalline is almost as good. You can't tint without a film. You can use a much lighter film with a higher end tint to get the same effect. There are clear films that reduce UV and IR. You just want reduce as much. I would read up. Google on the subject. There are a few tint manufactures. Good luck. This makes me curious what my car is using. I have thought about getting it redone because I have a few knicks in it.

Hmm, it is standard BMW tint which is Saint Gobain. Which is under the Solarguard name. Seems to be a good tint, but nothing like the newer nano and crystalline tints.

So it is 3M Crystalline vs Huper Optik: What are the pros and cons to each? I did some research so basically it is these 2 popular ones.

How do I know how much light or dark color tint will look good on my car?
