We missed out on yet another house and running out of time. Visted Patterson and McMeans Jr High and feel it is the right fit for my kids. Love the mature trees, proximity to Energy Corridor, and the ability to bike to work. Originally started looking in Memorial 77079 but priced out. Green Trails felt like the next best option, for us. Found two great houses but lost out. I am not even having any luck with rentals in that area. Any thoughts on where to look next?

Some of the Kelliwood neighborhoods have the same feel, but they seem to be going fast as well. Same schools as Green trails

Sounds like you're headed out to Cinco and this point.

I live in Green Trails and agree that parts of Kelliwood seem very similar. I also have a friend in Windsor Park(not Windsor Park Lakes). It's a beautiful neighborhood, but not very big.
