In westbury now i see nothing but young women with babies strapped to them. Werent really any young kids before (been here nearly 4 yrs). In my block new owners are young double income couples pregnant or with a young child and older well off empty nesters

The Heights is getting families too, I've heard.

There are some places that are just more attractive to DINKs and young professionals, and Midtown is one of them.
