Can you elaborate? I am assuming you are referring to the impact of eminent domain along the 290 corridor? Any other detractors? I live on the east side of 290 and have been very curious what the net impact would be to neighborhoods like Towne Lake and Black Horse Ranch that look like they would bump up against this project.

Go to their site. They have maps etc, to inform you all about it. Just goole HSR.

Actually Houstonians should oppose the TCP and focus on relocating companies away from Dallas and Austin in Texas and Atlanta, Miami, and now Charlotte in the South.

It's too hard to do business in Texas with everything spread out. If Houston becomes more like Chicago is to Illinois and the Midwest, this project would be moot!!!

I really admire the convenience that Chicagoland provides to Illinois and the entire Midwest. Houston should do the same thing in the South!
