You should check your crime stats. You'd find you're mistaken.

If there are no White Camelia Knights spreading their propaganda, and no Aryan Brotherhood ex cons "holding it down" in Pasadena, why does this come up on the news sometimes?

Got a recent news story as an example?

Stinkadena is in the news plenty often. If its not another murder is some chemical plant release.

But nobody seems to be able to come up with an actual news story link or article. seems like it's more perception than actual events.

Anything to the East of 45 is no bueno except when you get to League City.
Don't do it, stay in the SW instead.

Well that's not good reasoning. What about clear lake? It's before league city, seabrook, Nassau bay, some parts of Webster -- all good and all before league city.

Yes...sorry, you're right. Left off some areas.

You're better off staying south of Spencer. I lived in Pasadena since 1979 - used to be a great place to live. We have watched it slide downhill slowly at first, then free falling into a cesspool in many areas. In the last year of our residency there, we sold our home and moved into an apartment while searching for another home elsewhere... we were victims of automobile related crimes 4 times that year - always while we slept of course. Then again, the two Pasadena Police Officers who lived on site and were supposed to be patrolling the complex were never seen doing so. Not once in 13 months. lol.
If you are moving to an apartment complex, I'd suggest finding one south of Spencer, and far away from South Shaver as well.
We moved away from Pasadena last year, and have been blissfully happy ever since.

The klan certainly does spread their propaganda around the Clear Lake area when they get a wild hair. A few years ago when they hit a Seabrook neighborhood it was on Channel 13. They throw bags of pebbles door to door late at night, with a small "informational" flyer.

The "Pasadena" klan actually did the same thing about a month ago in a nice neighborhood near UHCL. Someone posted it to our Nextdoor site, and it apparently shocked a few people which is stupid because unfortunately the surrounding area has been this way for decades. Draw a circle around all of Clear Lake-Friendswood-League City, and outside of that circle is a hotbed for outlaw types.
