Tilman Fertitta bought River Oaks District? What the actual bleep. Completely unexpected real estate deal

My guess is this is where he will open a Catch Restaurant.but I hope he doesn’t run off Steak 48 and the others

Fair point. But I’ll take a residential building with even just a moderate management over an abandoned building.

That was first on my feed this afternoon.
He is really diversifying his interests. Hope he doesn't overexert himself, but it's nice that so many top spots are locally owned.

I noticed a lot of infill in the area near East River.

I also notice new mid rise apartments going up in Gulfton. That surprised me

alot of the mid-rise are newer affordable housing developments
