From the consumer perspective I would say to do your homework on Homeowners for better Building and Homeowners Against Deficient Dwellings.

What's going on in your neighborhood that's affecting home sales? What does your real estate agent say? Are you getting traffic? What do the photos look like on HAR? Can you do some staging or updates? Ask your agent about a BTSA.
