Smile Here are some good reliable projections

I put a lot of thought into this.

1) New York-26,100,000

2) Los Angeles-Riverside-23,200,000

3) Chicago-11,250.000

4) Washington-Baltimore-10,800,000

5) Dallas-9,100,000

6) Houston- 8,300,000

7) Atlanta- 8,300,000

8) San Francisco- 7,800,000

9) Philly- 7,100,000

10 Miami- 7,000,000

11) Phoenix- 6,400,000

12) Boston- 6,350,000

These are realistic projections and should be fairly accurate.

People are going to gravitate towards the emerging mega hubs like Atlanta, Dallas and Houston. Phoenix and Las vegas should continue to see growth but not at the rate that had been previously seen. The older Cities of Washington, Philly and Chicago should continue to see steady growth. Please if anyone can think of a reason why these projections are off post a reply.
