Does anyone know what the average price per square foot is for homes selling in Greatwood?

It varies depending on the subdivision, but average it's around $90.

You say it depends on the subdivision, do you know if it would be higher or lower for the Fairview subdivision?

If I'm not mistaken Fairview sub sits on a larger lot, bigger homes, so it would be higher than that.
I'll check on my way home tonight

M/A/L,
Fairview should be +/- around $90, it's next to elementary school.
Fairview houses should be around 3000 -3500 sqft.
I was mixed up with Tuscan place yesterday, which is on a larger lot and custom.
Hope that helps.
