Yes, I subscribed to this website because I was told this is a good starting point to find answers. I am currently investigating Liquor Laws, as well as Adult Entertainment Laws and how they work in Huntsville, AL if someone could help point me in the right direction that would be most helpful.

For a while, several years ago, Huntsville or Madison County (can't remember which) outlawed liquor or beer sales in the strip joints. Excuse me, exotic dance joints.
The joints stayed open. They just served juice.
You could bring the whole family!

If you're starting a business, I'd suggest talking to the Small Business Development Center that is part of the Chamber of Commerce. Don't consider yourself an outsider because of the liquor/adult thing. You're still a business.

I've heard it the dancers don't show nips then alcohol can be served. Might want to ask the owners of your future competition.

The strip clubs in and around Huntsville are allowed to sell beer but not liquor. If pasties are still legally required, then by and large that law is being ignored.

Or so I've heard. :-D
