Meant to say thanks for the heads-up on Scottsboro Geno's. Even given the mediocre review, will probably try it on a convenient drive by. (Years ago, we lived in NE Huntsville, my wife worked nights and I frequented DJ's Pizza on Winchester Road. It was decent bar pizza in the middle of nowhere.)

The guy I know who has a similar set-up in Atlanta uses all locally sourced, fresh ingredients and the correct flour to get an optimal dough. You're right, the tools may be there, but the ingredients are really key to turning out a great pizza.
