I was online tonight checking the 'newest listings' (the tab on the main page) like I always do on a daily basis to keep up with the new listings when they first come up.
Anyway, tonight the website was out-of-whack - it didn't show any of the Madison Co, City, Hsv city, exactly the local listings, it only showed the surrounding communities. So I was about to email Namls, when the site worked again.

But check out the Madison Co listings, they have been broken down by location differently, in a better way I might add. Me likes it better, anyway.

Yep. The areas were officially changed in the MLS today to add more areas to better define the criteria!

Wow that's great. That site was extremely helpful for us when moving here 3 years ago and it's made several great upgrades. I still browses to see what and how the market looks like in our area. Plus it's fun just to play-pretend millionaires (come on I'm not the only one, some of you still do that right?)

It still does not separate Decatur from Morgan or Limestone County. Athens has its own...Arab and Boaz...why not Decatur?

Can anyone post a link to the new map that corresponds to the new areas? Hopefully, use of "5X" has disappeared.

Yes changed the meta-data values and threw quite a few real estate websites out of sync - Our largest traffic days in our history were while most of the other local websites were broken ...quite a few sticky returners too.
