What options are there for organic / natural / vegetarian markets in Huntsville? I'm talking about co-ops, independents, or chains (Whole Foods, EarthFare, etc.).

Thanks. I love farmer's markets, too. Unfortunately, they usually aren't open the day or hours when you need something. But they are great otherwise.

Default Earthfare...

Earthfare told me when I emailed that they should be opening sometime in May...we'll see if they stick to it, but I do see them working on the old Circuit City, so maybe it'll happen.
