How can the federal government sue a state that enacted a law that the federal government should be upholding? The whole thing is non-sense, just like the fact that Obama became president, by some fluke. The guy is in way over his head, has no clue what he is doing. This is what happens when the majority of the population drank the Kool-Aid and thought Obama was going to save us all. The guy had no executive experience and is a radical socialist to boot. The Arizona law was needed to protect the state from the onslaught of illegals, something had to be done by Gov. Brewer, since the federal government was fine with doing nothing.
It truly is an embarrassment.
I can't say for sure, but I think Arizona is a sovereign state.
They are showing their muscle by means necessary. I swear the federal gov't has some hidden agenda with illegal aliens.
Obama is inexperienced, and it really shows. He's nothing but a fast talker. Let this be your lesson when electing an inexperienced personnel to be the next president of the United States.

The Obama administration plans to file suit challenging Arizona's immigration law, officials told Fox News on Friday. The confirmation comes after Hillary Clinton said in an interview with a TV station in Ecuador earlier this month that the administration would challenge the law in court, though officials had long said the issue was under review. Administration officials initially would not confirm Clinton's statement. But an official told Fox News on Friday that while the review is still underway, the decision has already been made that a Department of Justice suit will be filed. The administration at this point is just building its case.
One glaring trait I see in this administration is there willingness to dog out their own country to foreign nations. Notice how a South American country finds out about this before a UNITED STATES GOVERNOR does??? Frikkin' EQUADOR knows about this before Brewer does!
Par for the course.....Obama started this whole thing off with his apology tour talking about the evils of this country....never saying where this world would be without the U.S.
