No, your link shows what some judges said, I asked YOU to "Show me in the constitution where it says illegals have a right to be here and have a right to stay using the constitution ...."

Apparently the court has ruled that they do have that right, but the question was "WHY" do they have that right? If someone is ordered to spend time in jail, do they get to fight the sentence while remaining free to carry on their life as uaual? Illegal aliens under an order of deportation should be sent back to their country of origin, and if they want to fight the order, do it from there.

The thing is, if you're caught speeding, or convicted of robbing a bank, you're going to get a ticket, or be sentenced to prison. There's no way out of going to prison, and if you don't pay the ticket, you'll have a worse problem. When illegal aliens are caught, have a hearing, and a judge orders them to leave, they frequently ignore the order. They choose to ignore immigration laws, because they can do so with no consequences.

Yes, but once a person has had their hearing, and ordered by a judge to either be deported, or deport voluntarily, that means they have been found guilty of being in the country illegally.
Illegals feel that they are allowed to fight, demand, and have hunger strikes. because we have given them the will to do so. When you allow illegals who live in this Country illegally, certain rights and privlages, that only Citizens should have, this crap is going to happen.
They are brazen, and demand without conscious.
Growing up i was told and taught, that something illegal was wrong, was this not right!
