Just because either or has managed to dodge our laws undected for a long period of time shouldn't give them the right to stay here. Look at it this way, they just broke many laws for a longer period of time which to me is worse than breaking laws for a shorter period of time.
Yes, just like the pro-illegals insist that older children brought here adjusted to American life, so can those born here adjust to their parent's countries.

Or why is it that it's so easy to adjust to American life but never the reverse? Yet this is what is claimed by people who will then on the other hand insist that their own cultures are "nicer" and American culture is crap. Why all this easy adjustment to our culture? Or is it something else like food stamps and free meals in schools and free healthcare?

Also the pro-illegal side is flat out wrong. I was 20 when I first went to Mexico to study and I knew very little Spanish and I left my family and I adjusted just fine. It's not the horrendous place they try to portray it to be -- not at all. I don't see how they can pretend to be so devoted to a country and culture they flat out lie about.

Even if 17 or 18 year olds end up going home with their parents, there is no boo-hoo in it, they may just find that their country is a fascinating place and friendly.
