Yes -- Americans age 18 to 30 are the age group with the highest unemployment. And it's not just black youth but the black youth is facing the most difficulties and now any chance for a job that could save them has just been shot down.

Obama's announcement is an affront to every US citizen, regardless of color or ethnicity, who values the US Constitution and the limited powers of each branch of office. Yesterday the POTUS usurped power while ignoring the laws he and the federal agencies are bound to uphold.
