Hm. So apparently, people are still pretending that republicans want to lower unemployment, even though they've actively worked to kick public workers out of jobs. And they're still pretending that republicans have a basic respect for black people, despite the decades of them calling black people stupid and lazy.
Huh. You guys really do think we black folks are stupid, don't you? And yet, you find it impossible to figure out why we refuse to vote for you. Hasn't ever crossed your mind that we aren't as stupid as you love to claim we are?

No. No one wants to kick anyone out of jobs. They have just had the guts to tell these workers the truth and that is that the taxpayers cannot afford to keep promises that others have made over the years. They're not trying to take away the jobs. They're telling these workers that they will have to pay toward their own pensions and benefits.
Now if they would only do something about the lifelong pensions and benefits if former politicians as well, we could finally be on a real road to recovery.
Actually there was a time when liberals like Walter Mondale, Ralph Abernathy, and Cesar Chavez saw out-of-control illegal immigration as a more negative thing than obviously do the liberals of today. They even marched together to the border demanding that something be done about illegal immigration. And yes -- it was exactly because they knew that massive illegal immigration is all about cheaper labor.
Now what's funny is that the liberals have become like the Pelosi family which amassed great wealth by bringing in the cheapest labor possible, the big growers that crushed the UFW union and it's attempt to bring wages up for agricultural workers. The liberals have changed sides.

And you repugs had complete control over this issue and did nothing about it. So who wants illegals here.

So I take it that you are wildly applauding these new work visas to illegal foreigners even while black Americans face the worst unemployment rates of all groups. Just because you hate republicans so much, you're glad to see even black Americans replaced by illegal foreigners.
Nice to know that Obama can just take your vote for granted and you really don't mind the very high unemployment rate of lower income black youths. Obama doesn't have to give you anything and you will simply adore him no matter what.

Workers already pay for these things with wage concessions.
These are the same people who have said we only have 12 million illegal aliens in this country.
And most of those 12 million, more likely 30 million, are in the 16-30 year age range. Most likely at least 75% of all illegals fall into this age range.
Expect to see a lot of "30 year old" illegals that look more like 35, or 40, or 50 years of age.
It can actually be argued hispanics have more in common with whites than blacks. I have never heard or saw any hispanics who tried to emulate blacks, be it positive or negative.
Where were all the hispanics when there marches for Civil rights act?

This thread is just another lame attempt to turn blacks against Hispanics, just like the anti's try to put all of Latin Americans vs Mexicans constantly. It hasn't worked up to this point.
