This goes to show you how RIDICULOUS the whole Immigration system is in the USA.
This woman frauds her marriage gets her USC, and now it all comes out.
This is just so you people understand what I have witnessed in the Immigration law realm. The whole thing is a joke, people get away with fake marriages, kids marry parents for the green card, there are several rings of aliens who get legalized just to chain migrate....
The whole system is SO BAD, we need to deport the 20 million here, put a Moratorium on all immigration (freeze all processes until USCIS can get their **** together) and then resume.
I agree with the OP. It doesn't surprise me to hear about fake marriages. This sort of thing is common in the military as well.
Very much so, it entitles people to many benefits in the military. Those benefits are ten-fold for immigrants who are in this country, legally or illegally.
Shame on the FBI for letting this woman in. Shame on the CIA for letting her in. I hope they throw the book at this woman. It seems clear to me she had every intention of doing this from the get-go. Who knows what would have happened had someone not caught on. Thank god they did. The last thing we need is for people who enter this country, and abuse the laws to get citizenship, to be given access to our criminal and intelligence databases. That is a HUGE national security issue.
I recently applied for Top Secret Clearance, the amount of information they require you to enter is enormous, from child hood friends, girlfriends, co-workers, to neighbors and people who may have only observed you. Also, I needed a clean record, and need to keep it clean, to keep that clearance. A single speeding ticket (since I had one already), could, and more than likely will, revoke my ability to have Top Secret Clearance. Also, I need to have a squeaky clean financial record. No bad credit, no bounced checks, no bankruptcy. To get that kind of clearance is an arduous endeavor for the government, and to overlook something as critical as that is embarrassing. Had they known that, she probably would have never been allowed into the FBI, and it probably would have incited a deep investigation into her, her family, and her motives.
Whe I applied for Government clearance for my trucking company to haul government freight (some military) I thought they were going to do a orifice search on me..LOL..
lol, when I got my physical done, the doctor scared me. I quote "Bend over... now spread your cheeks..." He then laughed at my scared 21 year old face and told me I was good to go, he never did to a "check" though, lol.

They don't check. They take a quick glance and then they pull the covers over it .
