I think the OP knew this. Just think she/he is trying to be a ballbuster knowing *the law is the law* term. Some day this loophole will be justified.
Then what will she/he say, anchor babies use to be allowed. Illegal
moms know of this loophole so they make SURE they get over here before

If the parents hadn't broken the law and come here illegally, this would not be an issue. Their very presence in the country is fraudulent and should negate any other claims.
