Now that Mr. Trump is in position, the Sanctuary Cities in the U.S. will lose funding and will no longer be sanctuaries for the illegal aliens. They will be forced to cooperate with ICE, and the illegals may actually start to fear ICE now, since the Federal Law might actually be enforced!

Every country in the world would deport anyone who did not have these basic travel documents. Plus there is a requirement in most cases that one has to check in to the local PD.
And they call Trump a bigot. We have plenty of Americans who will work those jobs...minus the sniveling lib wads who insist that those jobs should be paying $15+ an hour.

Don't get me wrong. I'm all for law and order but the sanctuary cities have set the catch and release precedent that's quite cemented in the illegal alien mindset. To date, it's common for illegals to comply and without resistance submit to processing knowing they'll be released in few hours.
Consider the lengths an illegal (or worse, an illegal with a history of violent behavior) would go to evade capture knowing full well that once captured, they would be jailed until deported. There's potential for pockets of collateral damage in the course of pursuit (hostage taking, civilians mowed down in the high speed chases, perp vs. LEO exchanging fire etc). A tragedy for those wrong place/ wrong time folks. An immense opportunity for MSM to stoke the narrative 'this blood is on your hands Mr. Trump'...
A much higher responsibility lies ahead in the crafting and execution of (and adherence to) policy ensuring a safe and effective path to reclaiming law and order. All while minimizing the bad things that can happen along the way.
So a proper plan is needed that would allow us to parse this statement:
'They'll go kicking and screaming, but they'll go'
here is the opportunity for supporters of illegal immigrants to reach into their own pocket to fund their stay. put your money where your mouth is. go for it.
Sanctuary cities were created by local jurisdictions so law enforcement could better police these areas. I'm not sure that Trump can change city regulations but assuming he can he better have a solution because this designation was created to assist LE. This is just more Trump bluster that people bought into.
