If they want to work so badly, then apply legally for work visas.
They are teaching their children that it’s positive and heroic to break another country’s laws.
Wow are you serious? Your logic is totally flawed. You cant. Ompare good hard working people to stupid drug users. Theres a video on cnn and they asked them why are yoi doing this? And the guys said we want to work. We want a job..doesnt sound like drug users to me!
What is ludicrous is to claim thousands of people are “good hard working people” without knowing anything about them other than they are in a caravan.
No we don't need to. There is no need. And where there is a need there is a legal venue to do so.
Not only is there not a need to legalize these millions of illegal aliens but it's not in the best interests of the American people and it isn't fair to immigrants that went through the legal process to come here. It would negate our annual quotas for years to come.
Americans need their jobs back and by reducing our population by 11 million + illegal aliens here our schools, jails, hospitals, roads and neighborhoods would be much less crowded not to mention a lot less depletion of our social and natural resources. These people would still rely on our welfare dollars to supplement their low wages so the additional taxes they might pay in will still not cover their social costs.
I have a family member who works for an immigration law firm. Her job is to review the credentials of the people who are trying to legally gain citizenship and then write detailed letters of recommendation to the immigration board in the hopes that they can become full-fledged citizens. Her clients are hardworking, productive people who are working on things like a cure for cancer, new ideas in renewable energy, and a host of other valuable endeavors. Most of them are from places like India, China, and Iran and are what would be considered"brown" people.
You know what? Who cares if they are brown, purple, or green? These are productive people who understand that laws are made to be obeyed and they are waiting their turn, even though they have so much to add to our society. Knowing that there are people like this waiting for citizenship while these thugs try to force their way into a country where they have no citizenship, no ability to work legally, and don't even speak the native language makes it even that much more ridiculous.
The U.S. National Guard's Military Police units already have various non-lethal options, I think they should prepare and stage those microwave sickness units, laser-disorienting devices and as much gas options as possible.
If this "caravan" is allowed to go through because they're bullying their way up, the next wave will be even bigger.
They need to be deterred NOW.
Non-lethal options, no roughing them up, just a very firm lesson that they cannot come on U.S. soil, and to go elsewhere.

Much like a robber or any other home invader however... the homeowner didn't invite the intruder... the intruder shouldn't have forced their way into a home they shouldn't have been in the first place.
Actions have consequences.
The caravan of illegal immigrants is betting on the presence of their children to elicit compassion to allow them to circumvent our laws and the legal application process for citizenship. Their parents are putting them in "harm's way."

That means that Mexico was blocking them on the bridge but now they are paying locals to get them across the river with rafts....etc so they are crossing illegally now.
If this invasion doesn't stop, then these waves will just keep coming until we are over ran.
