What it means it that the 9th Circuit court will temporary suspend it's ruling against Trump's "wait in Mexico" policy until the Supreme Court hears the case.
Once SCOTUS has it, the Ninth is out of the game. I'm not aware of another case where an appeals court issued an injunction then reversed their own injunction hours later. Makes me wonder if they got a few phone calls from some Supreme Court justices. In a recent SCOTUS reversal, the court expressed some frustration over excessive nationwide injunctions.

At any rate, how would they be hypocrites since they want them to remain here so they can continue to pay them less and increase their profits. Where's the hypocricy? It's not law abiding right wing Republicans who want them to remain they want them deported.

Had home renovations done a few years ago. Couldn't find a contractor who didn't have "imported labor". I had no choice but to hire them, local labor was undercut at every turn.
