It's not only big business that hires illegal aliens either. They are more than likely hired by small, family owned businesses. If a business can't find American or legal workers for a fair rate of pay then they need to go out of business. There are far too many restaurants and other low paying jobs on every corner anyway.

No, we should not give these poor, uneducated and unskilled illegals visas! They would be a fiscal burden to our society as they do now in regards to their social costs and create more overcrowded conditions than they do now. Think!!
Yep, the only people benefitting are greedy, cheap business owners and the illegals. The tax payers get screwed. Always have.

Hispanics (except for the Cubans) will never vote in any significant numbers for the Republicans as they like the socialism and promises of amnesty of the Democrats.

Yes, greed is in play here but it's not only conservatives that hire illegal aliens.
Roe was overturned.

Whatever you want to call it. It was still returned to the state to decide and many of them will allow abortions. Now can we get back to illegal immigration which is the subject of this forum?

You keep spouting that $100 billion garbage as if it's truth. It's not.

So, you want half the economy to go out of business? What is a business to do if they can't find employees at any price? Say I offer $100 per hour to do a job that's physically demanding, but the Americans don't last 3 days at the job. Should I just shut down?

Why do you think there are too many restaurants? What else is going to occupy that space?

It doesn't matter what your opinion is illegals do cost us billions of dollars. The link I proved cites their sources and includes the $13 or 19 billion a year that the contribute in taxes. You'd have to have failed in math not to know it. Minimum waged or less earning illegals are not a net benefit when you include their social costs including paying for the birth of their numerous babies. They also send millions out of our country not spent in our economy. Many of them work for cash and don't pay income taxes. They take up all of the affordable housing and cause rents to rise. Come on, you know better than that. They also use our ER for minor things and don't pay for those services.

So, you want half of the economy to operate under unlawful practices? Illegals aren't half of our economy anyway. You give them way to much credit opposed to American workers and honest businesses. Since when won't Americans work for $100 an hour. Get real, will you?

When a restaurant doesn't have enough American workers to fill jobs in them the only option is to not start one up or close then. Your option is to hire illegal aliens which is unlawful and creates all kinds of fiscal and social problems. No thanks! I value many more things than money.

If illegals were so "valuable" States would be fighting over them, instead they are shipping them out during the night on buses to other States.

I know, how do the pro-illegals explain that? The minute the northern states get them they cry like stuck pigs.

Immigration, both legal and illegal, is damaging the environment of the United States.
