Migrant families now account for the largest demographic group crossing the border in August, surpassing single adults for the first time since President Biden took office in 2020, according to the Washington Post.
Over 115,000 Mexican families have been encountered by US Border Patrol so far in the financial year 2023 which ends this month, almost triple last fiscal year’s count of around 40,000, CBP said.
Unbelievable! When will this madness end? Some people are claiming that Mexicans aren't coming here illegally anymore but Central Americans instead well this proves them wrong.
It is insanity. Every single state is being infected by this invasion and each state is trying to make it work in their own way but it is only the Red states that are putting the blame where it belongs. Biden could stop this disaster today with an EO Stay in Mexico declaration but he won't do it. Who knows why? Is it out of spite for Trump, a Nefarious scheme, Ignorance or does the Left really want to destroy this country?

The left really wants to destroy the country. This is part of the bigger agenda, as this will destroy the economy, and bring the move to socialism where the rich get richer and the poor get poorer, yet the libs are too dumb to realize that socialism is not the free ride they are wanting!!!
A radical change must take place in 2024 in the presidency or we are finished as a nation. I think a lot of business people that went to China, and of course China Joe and his worthless son as a part of that, realized that slaves (which is basically what Chinese workers without freedoms are) brought a lot more profits and were much more easy to handle than workers in the US. The wealthy want to bring those same benefits to themselves in the USA.
I wonder how many of these families were allowed to stay here and how many were sent back over the border? The article is unclear about that but the article did state this......"The majority of CBP One applicants are released on parole and able to get a work permit within six weeks. They can also stay in the US legally for at least two years while they wait for an asylum hearing".
One of the things that needs to change about our asylum policies is that asylum seekers should not be able to enter our country illegally and then claim asylum when caught. They should have to present themselves at a legal port of entry and ask for it and made to wait outside of our country to have their cases verified before allowed entry into our country.
I wonder what these Mexican families are telling the Border Patrol in order to have gained entry into our country? Persecution is the only viable reason for a valid asylum claim. Over 10,000 of them are being persecuted and their kids to? Let's face it they are only here for economic gain on the backs of the American worker/taxpayer. Why are they being allowed into our country then? Based on what?
Democrats tell us that the border is not wide open and that all of these folks are legitimate asylum-seekers who are “fleeing poor conditions” and need to be here.
Also funny that on another thread, one of our forum Democrats, who claims to not support illegal immigration yet emphatically supports Joe Biden and Alejandro Mayorkas, tried to fame the fact that apprehensions were UP on the US/Canada border as some kind of “win” for Democrats and Joe Biden.
This situation is such a disaster, but we know those with the “vote blue no matter who” mindset will likely prevail in 2024.
Oh well, maybe when the next President of Mexico takes office, Democrats will want to move there and maybe offset some of this nonsense. Aren’t both of the candidates “strong” women with socialist tendencies, who, like Democrat women, are ‘so strong’ to the point where they want and crave government in their lives to help them along from cradle to grave?
