When doing their taxes? How stupid would that be? The penalties from an audit make it not worth the risk. If you don't have proof you will be fined.

That has nothing to do with Illegals siphoning off of tax payers.

"They give and give and do not ask for anything." You ***, why ask for anything? There is nothing left to ask for......they are taking money from grants, state aid, county aid, letting their houses go to to foreclosure because they lied on applications and can't pay their taxes, and still they take. They don't really want to become citizens, they just want amnesty from prosecution. They will still use the system to steal from the legal citizens. Enough of this drivel about them giving. Yeah, they have given the U.S. financial system a big headache!

Both you and 1 AngryTaxpayer are absolutely correct. Despite illegally breaking and entering and continuing on their ultimate wave of crime and terror, our government has ensured that they are comfortable doing it with very little to no repercussions resulting from their criminal actions. As a matter of fact, amnesty, the ultimate reward of our government in gratitude for reeking havoc upon America and its citizens, has yet to be officially removed from their agenda.

According to the Supreme Court:

From: The 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution
Asyou can see, these other "interpretations" of the amendment are of no value, and anchor babies remain full blown american citizens. They are legal in our country and deserve our respect, other people have become
us citizens by working their way through the loopholes in the law, and they also deserve our respect as american citizens.

Then they would not be an honest person. An honest person, by definition, would not cheat. You probably think you are an honest person, and you cheat on your taxes, so you assume everybody does. News Flash: lots of us are honest, and pay our taxes.

You get respect when you EARN it. And these "Americans by Default" are not showing respect to America or her natural born citizens (just to clarify I mean people who were born here of parents who were born here or who are LEGAL citizens...nope no interpretations needed). In fact the DISRESPECT they show more and more each day is working against them.

Oh and I'm sure the Supreme Court appreciates your calling their rulings "interpretations" that have no value. Would you feel the same if said rulings were in your favor?

And the odds are growing that birthright citizenship will be revoked for Anchors born after a certain date if our economy implodes much more.

perhaps u should move to latin american country and get citizenship, will u be seen as one of themz? no you would still be called a yank, american spite you having citizenship and its the same with all latinos in this country they say they country name not the US./AMERICAN, they wave foreign flags, have no respect for the U.S.

i think its hilarious that a foreign goverment gets angry when we want to cut down on illegal immigration. since when was it americas job to employ your(their) unemployed.

though a man was a criminal in the US he was picked up on charges in mexico regarding immigration he was black american who fled the US and went to mexico and was caught by the authorities long before american law enforcement contacted them(mexico about a suspect).
now why is it okay that mexico can enforce their immigration laws and not the US?
