Well -- as far as the 12 decapitated they found, it apparently wasn't about drug cartels anyhow. Some kind of Santa Muerte sacrifice.

Prove it & w/out posting some right-wing anti-mexican immigrant link. And oh man will I laugh if you post some article from some of the other sources people on here try to post.

That's a common misconception. Most of the drugs are "smuggled in" through Mexico. As far as processing the "white gold", that trophy goes to all of South America.

Decapitated bodies have appeared in southern and northern Mexico, and authorities say they are revenge killings between rival drug cartels.
As I've stated before, this is "beef" between rival drug cartels.

LOL???

Well maybe you need to start bothering to be informed instead of just making up your own versions of what goes on: (or maybe you can explain how you know more about the scene where the heads and bodies were found than the Mexican investigators)

"El lugar presuntamente era utilizado como área de operación de la organización criminal y centro de ritos religiosos donde adoraban a la Santa Muerte", expuso la dependencia.

Agentes federales ubicaron una palapa en Cancún, Quintana Roo, donde presumiblemente fueron incineradas las cabezas de los cuerpos decapitados hallados en Yucatán el pasado 28 de agosto, en la que supuestamente realizaban cultos a la Santa Muerte, informó la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública (SSP) fe-deral.

It doesn't rule out drug gangs the drug trafficers are also Santa Muerte worshippers, but Santa Muerte worship seems to be linked in a pretty big way.

There are some reports now in USA media sources:

Mexican police say heads of 11 decapitated bodies possibly burned in ritual

MEXICO CITY (AP) _ The heads of 11 decapitated bodies discovered in Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula last week may have been burned in a ritual, investigators said.

Police said they found an altar to the skeletal figure of the "Santa Muerte," an unofficial patron saint of death, in the home of two men arrested in connection with the slayings, while several scorched spots were discovered in a nearby clearing....

The Santa Muerte is one of several unofficial folk saints worshipped in Mexico. The cult has become popular among criminals in Mexico who appeal to the "saint" — not recognized by the Roman Catholic Church — to stay safe and out of jail. Law-abiding worshippers simply seek favors or intercession.

Is a cult really the reason why hundreds of thousands are marching in Mexico City?
