As the son of a teacher, I can personally tell you the vast number of times that former students came up to either me or my dad and said thanks for teaching me life lessons. Teachers see kids more often than parents do. I was at school waaaay more than at home. This is a fact of life, that school occupies more time than with parents. Again, it is not only teaching, but having desks to sit on (some of the desks at my school were from the 1950s), enough chalk, roofs that don't leak, enough books (the non IB classes had routine book shortages due to lack of funding).
Again...the two crimes are due to the fact of being illegal (they were not caused by any other circumstance. Being illegal does not predispose somebody to rape). Plus your ace card...I truly don't understand your point...if you could please clarify that for me.
Bottom line: we are a sovereign nation and we have the right to control our borders-----------especially in the face of Quislings.

Not saying that we don't have the right...but what is the most effective way that is best for all parties involved? Is a border fence seriously the best? What about targeting employers and having a strict guest worker program? It's a big border and illegal immigrants will find a way around a fence. Plus it shows that we don't claim even the smallest ounce of responsibility for this problem (financial backing of corrupt regimes, building substandard industrial centers, and hiring illegal immigrants). We need to decrease illegal immigration, yes...but how do we do it in a humane and logical way that helps all involved?

I live here in Arizona and the Spanish speaking Indians/Mestizos are flat disappearing as a large group. Considering that about 85% of all illegals come from Mexico or Central America and the White Hispanics being in the elite tend to stay home (unless here legally)............the above is a fair barometer that such is ocurring between the imploding economy and our Employer Sanctions Law
