I would not be so sure about that. There was a massacre the other day of 8 people in a restaurant in Juarez, besides a number of other executions that same day. It's generally about 12-16 murders a day in just that city.
They beheaded some guy and hung the corpse from an overpass the other week, they took some corpse and put a pigs face mask and hung his body on a window across from the fire station downtown Juarez.
The pile of 25 corpses found in a national park outside Mexico City, the 12 beheaded corpses piled up near Merida..... I doubt Russia has that.

We already have the highest number of LEGAL immigrants of any nation in the world. Immigration must be fair, orderly and legal. It should not be a free-for-all and it should not be heavily in favor of just one nation. It should be balanced. Those who would like to come and become Americans, learn our language, adapt to our ways should be given preference.

After the war ended many of El Salvadors' youth (who had been trained by the US to use machetes as a weapon) were granted citizenship in return for helping the US troops. Once here, they felt displaced and expanded their small but very violent gang. Since that time they have branched out to include other hispanics worldwide.
