Problem is, the police didn't carry out their sworn duty to enforce this law.
Bob.

Clearly, hypocricy, BS, rhetoric, and as far as I am concerned incitment to hatred and violence against 'whity' - I mean is it not just to bring violence against genocide, Nazism, and racism if necessary - and clearly AZ law is surely the beginings of the Hispanic Holocaust. I mean we can not even allow laws that might spur profiling - oooohhhh. I guess we would just have to enforce justice agaisnt such officers that do - go figure. No, I know we can allow all the criminal activity associated with not enforcing the law and its costs so that a POTENTIAL profiling does not occur - effing BRILLANT logic! And its all in the name of PC BS and lies based on intential deception about what this law is and is not. And go figure we had somthing similar right here in good ole Liberal CA.

Does this mean we can sue the state for not enforcing the law?

Bob.
CHP was instructed by the powers that be to look the other way. I know a few CHP who were not happy to have to comply with that.
